General Business Administration

In this module you will learn the basics of business administration and deal with the essential terminology as well as the most important core interrelationships. You will know which operational functions exist in a company, which tasks they have and how they are interrelated. In addition, you will discuss the topic of sustainability. After completion of this module, you will alsodemonstrate critical understanding of the principles and methods of cost accounting, critically analyze and allocate costs to products, services, and activities and use cost information to make informed decisions and control expenses. Furthermore, you will be able to critically analyze the environmental, social, and economic impacts of business activities.
